'STUPID' JOHN KERRY 'SHOULD BE FIRED': Calls For Climate Czar to Face the Axe After Dodging Questions about Staff and Private Jet Use
Story by Richard Burkard • 6h ago

John Kerry’s hometown newspaper has called for President Joe Biden to fire him, Knewz.com discovered during the weekend.

In a blistering op-ed published Sunday, July 16, the Boston Herald said the U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate and former Secretary of State had told “taxpayers to go to hell” by refusing to share the names of the 45 people on his staff.

“History will remember that the nation’s first global warming warrior was the least transparent official in the Biden administration. That’s not an enviable distinction,” The Herald said of President Biden’s climate envoy which it labeled as “stupid.”

The demand for his axing came after a defensive Kerry faced a grilling on Thursday, July 13 before the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Oversight and Accountability on Capitol Hill over who works in his heavily-funded government department — its budget was $16.5 million in 2022 —and Kerry’s own use of a private jet.

“I just don't agree with your facts, which began with the presentation of one of the most outrageously persistent lies that I hear, which is this private jet,” Kerry told Rep. Cory Mills, R-Florida, at the contentious hearing.

“We don't own a private jet. I don't own a private jet. I personally have never owned a private jet,” Kerry added.

Kerry’s point was carefully worded, however.

According to flight tracking data obtained by Fox News in July 2022, a Gulfstream GIV-SP jet owned by Kerry's family made a total of 48 trips that lasted more than 60 hours and emitted an estimated 715,886 pounds, or 325 metric tons, of carbon over the course of the Biden administration's first 18 months.

The plane was registered to Flying Squirrel LLC, a charter company owned by Kerry's wife, Teresa Heinz-Kerry.

In a separate exchange, Kerry was asked the “names of individuals who actually answer” to him, but he refused to elaborate.

Kerry told Subcommittee Chair Rep. Brian Mast, R-Florida: “I have two deputies, and they are well-known and are very experienced people. Rick Duke and Sue Biniaz.

"Well, I’m not going to go through all the names,” Kerry added when Mast pressed for more. “I’m not going to fill them in here in this way because it would be a violation of our process within the State Department.”

In response to Kerry’s testy congressional hearing, The Herald charged:

Kerry clearly believes he has one boss — President Biden.

The subcommittee members, at least the Republicans, pried and were even polite. The result was the same. John Kerry will not say who works for the Climate office.

That’s a problem, one of the subcommittee members pointed out. This means those employees are not vetted.

All of this is frustrating. We’ve called on Kerry to respect the law and let the public share in the knowledge that this office is embarking on its mission with a staff everyone can examine and celebrate.

The newspaper went on to describe Kerry’s “closed-off approach” as “more than embarrassing.

“It’s hurting progress and that’s something Biden should be worried about. Be aloof all you want behind in your private clubs, but when working for the U.S., real Americans take pride in being transparent,” the newspaper said, before concluding: “It’s time for Biden to fire John Kerry and try again before it’s too late.”

We’ve called on Kerry to respect the law and let the public share in the knowledge that this office is embarking on its mission with a staff everyone can examine and celebrate.

Maybe Kerry wants to hog the limelight or control the message. If that’s the case, it’s also poor management. Of all the offices in the government, wouldn’t you want the Climate Office to be open to all suggestions?

In a separate editorial published by talk show host Howie Carr on Friday, July 14, The Herald declared “the United States dodge(d) a bullet in 2004 when John Forbes Kerry was not elected president.”

“As disastrous as George W. Bush’s second term was, Kerry’s presidency would have been a catastrophe. This isn’t a new revelation, but every time he steps out in public, Kerry just reminds us how lucky we are, or were, since obviously under Biden we have now run out of luck,” said Carr.

Kerry also came under fire for breaking with the commander-in-chief by refusing to refer to Chinese President Xi Jinping as a “dictator.”

Does it? Do you have proof of that? And why we would need a three stroke law for child trafficking. They should be locked up without any possibility of getting out!

Seems the three stroke law would apply. It only require that you have two prior convictions of a felony (for the same crime). It doesn't say anything about not applying to certain from crimes.

      Your stupid is showing.
Your homework assignment is to research and explain Californias 3 strikes law, focusing on any restrictions to what counts towards 3 strikes the actual process of imposing sentence and exceptions/appeals.

Billionaire who visited Epstein island drops massive six-figure donation backing Biden's re-election bid
Reid Hoffman, LinkedIn co-founder, hosted fundraiser for Biden in June

A joint fundraising committee authorized by the Biden campaign has received a massive six-figure donation from a tech billionaire recently discovered to have traveled to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's private island in 2014.

LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman donated $699,600.00 on April 26 to the Biden Victory Fund, the campaign’s joint fundraising vehicle, according to Federal Election Commission (FEC) records.

The donation came exactly one week before the Wall Street Journal reported that Hoffman visited Epstein’s private Caribbean island, called Little St. James, part of the U.S. Virgin Islands, on at least one occasion in 2014.

Hoffman and Epstein were planning to return to the island in November 2014, and then travel to Boston, the report said. It's unclear what the intent was for those planned trips, but the report also revealed Hoffman was planning to stay at Epstein's luxury Manhattan townhouse in December 2014 after a late arrival in New York City.

Hoffman made headlines last month after Biden attended a fundraiser he hosted on behalf of the super PAC at the private residence of Shannon Hunt-Scott and Kevin Scott in Los Gatos, California.

Hoffman told The Journal in May it "gnaws at" him that his association with Epstein "helped his reputation, and thus delayed justice for his survivors."

"My last interaction with Epstein was in 2015. Still, by agreeing to participate in any fundraising activity where Epstein was present, I helped to repair his reputation and perpetuate injustice," Hoffman said in 2019. "For this, I am deeply regretful."

The 2015 interaction was when he invited Epstein to a Silicon Valley dinner with tech industry leaders.

In September that same year, Hoffman attended a state dinner hosted by then-Vice President Biden at the White House in honor of Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Fox News Digital has previously reported that Hoffman's money also goes into nontraditional groups that aren't mandated to report their funding and often operate in the shadows. He was forced to issue an apology in 2018 for funding a group that falsely tried to give an impression that the Russian government was supporting Alabama Republican Roy Moore in a 2017 special Senate election.

Biden has benefited from Hoffman's lavish spending on campaign contributions, donating $1.5 million to a super PAC that supported Biden's candidacy in the 2020 election as well as the maximum individual dollar amount allowed to Biden's campaign, according to FEC records.

Such spending can come with certain perks – such as access. According to White House visitor logs, Hoffman visited the White House five times last year. One of the visits appears to have been for the state dinner with French President Emmanuel Macron. The other four trips were for meetings with Madeline Strasser, who at the time advised then-White House chief of staff Ron Klain; Kimberly Lang, who at the time was the executive assistant to Biden's national security adviser; and Jordan Finkelstein, a special assistant to Biden and chief of staff to the president's senior adviser.

Liberal media panics over potential No Labels third-party ticket: 'Democracy-ending'
David Axelrod said No Labels would be 'spoilers' in favor of Republicans.

Liberal media hosts and commentators appear panicked over a potential No Labels third-party ticket in 2024 and have criticized the effort as "disingenuous" and the "stupidest thing ever."

No Labels, a centrist group who has taken steps towards potentially launching a third-party "unity" ticket, recently announced Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.V., would serve as an honorary co-host of the group’s "Common Sense" town hall in New Hampshire.

Democrats and members of the media have criticized their efforts because of Donald Trump, suggesting any candidate would be a "spoiler" for President Biden.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries raised $29 million in the second quarter of 2023, bringing in a total of $62.4 million this year.

The New York Democrat’s fundraising haul was $7.3 million more than what House Speaker Kevin McCarthy raised in Q2 – an impressive goal given it’s his first year serving as Democratic leader.

In a statement highlighting the fundraising, Jeffries slammed Republicans and praised his predecessor.

“Building upon the incredibly robust foundation laid by Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi, House Democrats will continue to aggressively raise the resources necessary to retake the majority next year so we can deliver big results for the American people,”Jeffries said.

McCarthy, meanwhile, raised $21.7 million in the second quarter. However, the California Republican raised slightly more overall in 2023 than Jeffries – bringing in $62.5 million for House GOP candidates this cycle.

Punchbowl News first reported Jeffries’ most recent fundraising numbers.

Jeffries traveled to 11 states and one territory to fundraise for candidates in the second quarter, including visiting Minnesota, Texas, New York, Maryland, Virginia, California, Illinois, Georgia, Washington, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Puerto Rico, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee told CNN. The Democratic Leader plans to keep a robust travel schedule in the third quarter, they added, including taking fundraising trips to Nevada, California, Florida, Pennsylvania and Colorado.

Dem Stacey Plaskett Defends Censorship: ‘Free Speech Is Not an Absolute’

Delegate Stacey Plaskett (D-VI) defended censorship on Thursday, arguing that certain views should not enjoy the free speech protections of the First Amendment, which she said was limited by the Supreme Court.

Plaskett, the ranking member of the minority on the House Weaponization Subcommittee, attacked the alleged views of one of the witnesses, Democratic Party presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, calling them hateful.

“This is not the free speech that I know of,” she said. She recalled a recent controversy over remarks Kennedy made about the coronavirus affecting some population groups more than others, among other past comments.

Plaskett continued: “Free speech is not an absolute. The Supreme Court has stated that.” (The Court has not restricted the content of speech, but a “time, place, and manner” exceptions for the way speech is expressed.)

The ranking member went on to claim that Republicans had not invited Kennedy to testify because he had been censored on social media, but rather to associate themselves with his controversial views. She also claimed that past witnesses interviewed by the committee, such as would-be “disinformation czar” Nina Jancowicz, had been subjected to death threats, and implied that committee chair Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) supported those threats.

Republicans were not interested in defending free speech, Plaskett said. Rather, their goal was to force social media companies to promote “any conspiracy theories, no matter how harmful.”

She added: “They want to force social media companies to promote conspiracy theories because they think that’s the only way their candidate can win the 2020 [sic] election.” She said that Congress should be focused instead on issues like inflation.

In response, Kennedy devoted his opening statement to defending his record and noting that he had also been censored for talking about ordinary subjects. The purpose of free speech, he noted, was to protect speech that people did not agree with.

Longtime Democratic lawmaker turned activist defects to Republican Party
Jewish activist who spent decades in government as a Democrat joins growing list of new GOP converts

A prominent Democrat and Jewish leader who served for decades as a New York lawmaker and now leads a group committed to fighting antisemitism announced Thursday he's leaving his lifelong political party and becoming a Republican, arguing Democrats have become "radicalized" and "turned their back" on the Jewish people.

"It's official: My wife and I have switched our party affiliation from Democrat to Republican!" Dov Hikind, who spent 36 years in the New York State Assembly and later founded Americans Against Antisemitism, tweeted.

"[People] have long been asking, 'Dov, when are you gonna leave the Democratic Party?' Well, the time has come [because] the Dems have turned their back on Jews & Israel, so it's officially done!"

Hikind's tweet included a video of him and his wife, Shani, explaining their decision to join the Republican Party.

    https://twitter.com/HikindDov/statu...aker-turned-activist-defects-republican-party

"I have been a lifelong Democrat — my family, my parents. But that's over. That's finished," said Hikind. "I have decided to register as a Republican. Unfortunately, the Democratic Party has become so radicalized … that people who are moderates or conservative Democrats are not welcomed in the Democratic Party, and I've had enough."

Hikind added the Democratic Party "turns its back on its friends like Israel," criticizing the Biden administration for its policies toward the Jewish state.

"I am delighted to join the Republican Party," Hikind added. "This is about sending a message — a message to the Biden administration, a message to the Democratic Party. We're losing the American people because you are not representing our values. You are not representing the Democratic Party that my parents were so proud of."

Hikind's announcement came one day after some progressive Democrats boycotted a speech by Israeli President Isaac Herzog, who addressed a joint meeting of Congress to mark the 75th anniversary of Israel's founding. During his speech, Herzog gave a thinly veiled rebuke to members of the House for recent attacks on Israel.

Several Democratic lawmakers at the state level have recently defected and joined the Republican Party. (iStock)

"Criticism of Israel must not cross the line into negation of the state of Israel's right to exist," said Herzog. "Questioning the Jewish people's right to self-determination is not legitimate diplomacy. It is antisemitism. Vilifying and attacking Jews, whether in Israel, in the United States or anywhere in the world, is antisemitism."

Over the weekend, Progressive Caucus Chair Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., caused an uproar by calling Israel a "racist state." Though she walked back her comments somewhat, they were still met with fierce criticism from both sides of the aisle.

The furor led Republicans to force a vote on a resolution that said Israel was neither a racist nor an apartheid state. The measure was overwhelmingly supported by all but ten Democrats — nine who voted "no" and one who simply voted "present." Jayapal voted with the majority that said Israel was not racist.

On Thursday, the same day as Hikind's announcement, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y, doubled down on calling Israel an "apartheid" state.

Hikind is hardly the first former or current Democrat lawmaker to recently switch parties.

Earlier this month, Mesha Mainor, a Democrat who has represented District 56 in the Georgia House since January 2021, announced she will switch her party registration to Republican.

"When I decided to stand up on behalf of disadvantaged children in support of school choice, my Democrat colleagues didn’t stand by me," Mainor told Fox News Digital at the time. "They crucified me. When I decided to stand up in support of safe communities and refused to support efforts to defund the police, they didn't back me. They abandoned me."

In April, state Rep. Jeremy LaCombe announced he had left the Democratic Party and would be registering as a Republican. At the time, he was the second Louisiana Democrat in less than a month to switch party affiliations after Louisiana state Rep. Francis Thompson gave Republicans in the state House a supermajority by switching his party affiliation.

The "modern-day Democratic Party has become unrecognizable to me and others across the state," North Carolina State Rep. Tricia Cotham said of her decision to switch parties. "I will not be controlled by anyone."

Overall, more than one million Americans have switched their party affiliation from Democrat to Republican in the last 12 months.

JFK's Grandson Shows How Desperate Dems Are With His Attack on Cousin RFK Jr.
By Nick Arama | 3:00 PM on July 23, 2023

    (AP Photo/Steven Senne)

Democrats pulled out all the stops to go after Robert F. Kennedy Jr. this past week during the House Weaponization Committee hearing. Instead of being concerned about the issues of censorship that he was bringing forth, the Democrats on the Committee voted to censor him in a hearing on censorship. Their vote failed, and he was allowed to speak. But as we reported, they still kept interrupting him and trying to shut down what he was saying.

As I’ve said, they’re afraid that his words about censorship might have weight because his name is Kennedy, and that still means something to Democrats. They might listen to what he has to say when they might not if it was just the Republicans saying the same thing.

So it looks to me now that they’re pulling out “the Kennedy Defense.” In another effort to try to blunt what RFK Jr. is saying, he’s now being attacked by members of his family. This shows how worried the Democrats are about the impact Kennedy is having. They know they can’t afford to lose any votes, and his remarks are costing them supporters.

His sister Kerry Kennedy condemned his comments regarding COVID, calling them “deplorable.” Other Democrats had termed them antisemitic. RFK Jr. denied that charge. He argued he was citing a study, and Democrats were wrongly twisting what he had said.

After his remarks drew fierce backlash, Kennedy tweeted that he has “never, ever suggested that the COVID-19 virus was targeted to spare Jews.”

“I accurately pointed out — during an off-the-record conversation — that the U.S. and other governments are developing ethnically targeted bioweapons and that a 2021 study of the COVID-19 virus shows that COVID-19 appears to disproportionately affect certain races since the furin cleave docking site is most compatible with Blacks and Caucasians and least compatible with ethnic Chinese, Finns, and Ashkenazi Jews,” he said.

Democrats have shown in the past that they don’t seem all that hot to condemn truly racist or antisemitic comments when it doesn’t serve their political purposes, as we reported the other day regarding them having to be shamed into signing a resolution condemning the racist comments against Justice Clarence Thomas or the antisemitic comments by Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).

But Jack Schlossberg — the grandson of President John F. Kennedy and the son of Caroline Kennedy — gave away the game in his attack on his cousin. He didn’t even attack the COVID remarks, he attacked his cousin for daring to challenge Joe Biden, “the greatest progressive president we’ve ever had.” That’s the real problem here for the Democrats, and Schlossberg made that clear.

    https://twitter.com/Aspiemama_107/s...-are-with-his-attack-on-cousin-rfk-jr-n780910

Schlossberg said that Biden “shares his grandfather’s vision for America.” He touted his grandfather’s legacy and said it was about “public service and courage.” He then laid out what he said were Biden’s achievements, including “ending” both the war in Afghanistan and COVID. He also claimed that Biden “ended Donald Trump.”

“These are the issues that matter, and if my cousin Bobby Kennedy Jr. cared about any of them, he would support Joe Biden, too,” he argued. “Instead, he’s trading in on Camelot, celebrity, conspiracy theories, and conflict for personal gain and fame. I’ve listened to him. I know him. I have no idea why anyone thinks he should be president. What I do know is, his candidacy is a vanity project.”

Translation: how dare you challenge the choice of the powers that be?

Imagine how much you have to have sold your soul to call Biden “great” given all the harm that he has caused the country, although I grant you Biden has moved us much further down the terrible “progressive” path. Imagine attacking your family member to defend someone like Biden; how sad is that? Biden created a debacle that cost the lives of 13 young Americans and many more Afghans and left Americans and allies behind when he pulled us out of Afghanistan. He didn’t “end” COVID; it’s a virus—how could he end it? Indeed, Biden put Americans through all kinds of oppressive measures and mandates. He also hasn’t “ended” Donald Trump, although Democrats do seem to be pulling out all the legal stops to go after him. But trying to turn us into a banana republic by going after a political opponent is not exactly something to brag about. The latest polls show Trump beating Biden in the 2024 election by five points.

Talk about an unintentional ad against Joe Biden, and for anyone running against him, this would be it.

Schlossberg talks about “courage.” I probably don’t agree with what RFK Jr. has to say on many things, he’s still a Democrat. But it takes courage to stand up to the powers that be and call out how they are using the government against the people, particularly so when he knows what power can be leveled against him and what it can cost him. He’s doing that, even if his cousin and family don’t recognize that and want to throw him under the bus. That’s a “Profile in Courage.”

Police: Transgender Democrat Former Lawmaker Conspired to Get Sexual Images of Daycare Children

    AMY FURR22 Jul 2023

A transgender Democrat former New Hampshire state lawmaker allegedly conspired with his ex-girlfriend to obtain sexually explicit images of children.

According to the U.S. attorney’s office in Boston, Stacie Laughton, a 39-year-old man who is living as a woman, has been charged with aiding and abetting the sexual exploitation of children, Fox News reported Saturday.

The man’s arrest was in connection to the arrest of a daycare worker identified as 38-year-old Lindsay Groves, who was reportedly in a relationship with Laughton at one time.

The pair allegedly worked together to get disturbing images of children where Groves was employed at the Creative Minds Early Learning Center in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts.

In June, parent Savannah Diaz told WCVB, “You don’t just wake up one day and say, ‘Hey, today’s a good day to take pictures of kids.’ She’s been there for years.”

More than 10,000 texts were reportedly found on Groves’ cell phone that had been exchanged between the pair. The messages allegedly included discussion about and transfer of explicit images Groves took of three to five-year-old children.

The Fox report detailed the alleged messages:

“So you would let me f*** the little girls that you work with.” Laughton, the first transgender legislator in New Hampshire history, asked Groves, “And you’re not screenshot Ing this and possibly use it against me at all like we’re both on the same page we both want to do this and he would let me put my d*** inside those little girls I mean what if my d*** is too big I mean its big but its not that big I think you could fit in there and if it doesn’t fit all the way then I could stop I don’t want to hurt them.”

“If they want your d*** inside them,” Groves responded.

Laughton was arrested in June on four felony counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images a few days after Groves was arrested and arraigned regarding sexual exploitation of children and distribution of child pornography, according to Breitbart News.

    The outlet said:

This week’s arrest is the latest in a string of arrests dating back over a decade for Laughton. Laughton was first elected to the New Hampshire legislature in 2012, making him one of the first openly transgender individuals to be elected to public office in the country.

In 2015, officials arrested him for making a bomb threat against a New Hampshire medical center.

However, he eventually blamed the act on “mental illness.”

Once again, CS, you imply that if we didn't have to deal with trans people, or Democrats, the world would be a safer place.
I think you have a problem with causation.

When a despicable does it it's politics

Bidenomics, an obvious ripoff of Reaganomics is also an abysmal failure when compared to the real deal.
